Our aim is to help you find the perfect property and then guide you through the application process with the minimum of hassle. Once you have decided on a property, each student and their guarantor will be asked to complete an application form and provide ID in the form of a passport, driving licence and a copy of a utility bill that is dated within the last 3 months. A holding deposit will be required so that the Landlord will keep the property for you until the start of the academic year and this fee, equivalent to one weeks rent, will be accounted for on your initial invoice with each student being asked to pay their share. We will then prepare all the paper work and ask you and your guarantor to sign. The first months rent and the deposit will be due prior to the commencement of your tenancy and all future rents will be paid by standing order. The deposit for the property is equivalent to 5 weeks rent and each student will be asked to pay their share. Please contact us for full information.
